COMPETITION RULES

Entry fee for a media organization is $100 per submission, which must be paid at the time of entry.
Individuals or freelancers may submit their own work for an entry fee of $50 per submission, which must be paid at the time of entry.
All entries must have been published, broadcast, or digitally distributed during 2025.
The subject matter of entries should pertain to New York and the Greater Tri-State area.
No more than three entries can be submitted for each category by a single organization or an individual or freelancer. A series on one topic will be considered a single entry.
Each entry should be labeled with its category number and be accompanied by a cover letter noting the entry’s relevance and impact. Please include the name(s) of the author(s) and the submitter(s), their contact email addresses and phone numbers.
If the entry fits more than one category, you can enter it in multiple categories, requiring a separate entry fee for each category. The entry, however, can only WIN in one category.
Deadline: Entries must be received by Sunday, April 5, 2026.
